Best Ethiopian, Lamb stew recipe, with carrots, and potatoes
Description

2 medium onion sliced
3 table spoon marinated butter
1 pound lamb meat, trimmed
5 clove garlic, and chopped ginger
1 teaspoon turmeric , ground
4 potatoes cut in medium size
4 carrots cut in medium size
1 cup water

instruction
cook onion in medium pot for 5 minute, add lamb and cook for 10 minute or until tender, add butter, stir for few minute, mix ginger and garlic, turmeric.
last, add potatoes and carrots, cook for 15 minute or more add 1/2 cup of water as needed or more, cook for another 10 minute, stir well, and serve
