Indo Chinese food||Fine motor skills||chicken momos recipe
A day of cooking home-style Indo Chinese recipes at home. I call it homestyle because these dishes are made from fresh vegetables and chicken cooked without any Ajinomoto or sauce which makes it a healthier version of Chinese food which we get in India, trust me the taste will be the same.
The recipes include:
Chicken Fries Rice
Chicken Clear Soup
Developing Motor Skills in Kids at Play groups:
Development of fine motor skills is a natural process, Childs starts developing these skills right from birth, and this involves movements of wrists, hands, fingers, feet and toes. Any activity involving finger and hands synchronisation with eyes in motor skills.
Every mother looks for this skill development as her child is growing; these motor skills should be mastered by the age of 6 -12 yrs.
Motor skills are categorised into two groups:
Gross motor skills: it is involved in movement and coordination of the arms, legs and other large body parts like running, crawling and swimming.
Fine motor skills: It is involved in smaller movements that occur in wrists, hands, fingers, feet and toes like picking up things with fingers, writing and even blinking.
Though it is a natural process, we at playgroup makes kids work with toys and activities which help kids develop their motor skills both fine and gross motor skills.
In the above video, kids are playing with toys which help in kids fine motor skill development.
