Our Easy Pork Gyoza Recipe – Asian Dumplings with Pork. Are they truly authentic? Who knows, but they taste really good. Derica’s brother is somewhat of a connoisseur of gyoza and he approves, so, that’s something, right? On a more serious note, these are incredibly addictive, and very easy to make. They do take a bit of time though, but once you get the hang of it, not that much time. And, I suggest making a large batch at once, then freezing them so you can just boil up some water and you’re good to go whenever you want gyoza! Gyoza are Japanese dumplings, sometimes called potstickers, but that’s actually something else! These meat and veggie filled pasta pockets are popular by other names in other countries as well, such as ravioli, and pierogi. Same concept, different application is all. We tend to make a bunch of these dumplings, or gyoza, or raviola, or whatever you’d like to call them and freeze them up for those nights we don’t feel like cooking. I mean, it’s like fast food then, right? Go ahead and try our easy pork gyoza recipe!
