Chicken Alfredo: A creamy pasta dish made with fettuccine noodles, chicken, heavy cream, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and spices.

Chicken Alfredo Recipe


  • 8 oz fettuccine noodles
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


  1. Cook the fettuccine noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes, until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter and the minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
  4. Add the heavy cream to the skillet and stir to combine with the garlic butter. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the mixture has thickened slightly.
  5. Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the skillet and stir to combine with the cream mixture. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
  6. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and stir to combine with the sauce.
  8. Serve the chicken and sauce over the cooked fettuccine noodles.
  9. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
