Here is a simple recipe for classic Buffalo Chicken Dip:


  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing
  • 1 cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked and shredded chicken, cream cheese, blue cheese or ranch dressing, and hot sauce. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture into a 9×9 inch (23×23 cm) baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the mixture.
