Peruvian Ceviche Recipe:
1lb White Fish (We used Sole)
1 Red Onion

for your next episode of peruvian food, change the title to spanish and you will see that instead of having 119 views, your videos vill have 11 900 🙂 trust me and you will see because some youtubers do that and get more than 50k views per video when the title is in spanish . greetings, blessing and thank you for supporting our food 🙂

As a peruvian, this is not peruvian ceviche. I appreciate that you got fresh fish, but sorry dude. This isn't peruvian ceviche. This is something you made.

I love red onion & have never found them to be bitter. That being said, I'm going to try removing that center and giving them an ice water bath. I'm interested in tasting the difference. Thanks for the tip!

It's my first time watching your video and I like it. Just one hr ago I went to a Peruvian restaurant and I order a Lomo Saltado and it's really good. I didn't know it's a fusion with Chinese, Japanese and some part of European culture food.
